FAQ

What is included in each Premium Kit? 

Although each kit will be different, you can expect 8 12x12 patterned papers in the Premium Kit, a pre-cut cut file on cardstock, an alphabet sheet/pack, and a variety of coordinating embellishment packs.  The items in the Premium Kits will contain new releases.  The Premium Kits run $35.

What is included in each Deluxe Theme Kit?

There will typically be 2 Deluxe Theme Kits per month, although each kit will be different, you can expect 6-8 12x12 patterned papers, a pre-cut cut file on cardstock, and a variety of coordinating embellishment packs.  Each Deluxe Themed Kit will consist of old and new releases. Some of the older releases will be discounted, therefore, the price of the Deluxe Themed Kits will vary between each kit each month.  We strive to offer a wide variety of themes within the Deluxe Themed Kits, so hopefully one will suit your needs!  

Do you sell partial kits?

No, but we will often have items available a la carte to add on to your order.  These items will be in limited supply.  Not all items in a kit will be available separately. Simply check the store to see which a la carte items are available.

Are the Premium and Deluxe Themed Kits available for reservations?

At this time we are only offering monthly reservations for our Premium Kits.  

How can I add products to my Reserved Kit?

Once you have paid your invoice for your Reserved Kit you can add on to your order as many times as you want before 11:59pm PST on the 3rd of the month.  Shop normally, and use the code "FREE SHIP" to have all of those items ship with your kit.  You must pay your Reserved Kit invoice before using this code.   If the products in your order (including the cost of the Reserved Premium Kit) is over $100, we will refund the $9.95 shipping that you paid on your initial invoice. *International customers do not qualify for free shipping or shipping discounts, actual shipping charges apply.

What happens if I don't pay my Reservation invoice by the 28th of the month at 11:59pm?

If you do not pay your invoice by the 28th of the month, we will return your kit into inventory.  You will no longer recieve monthly invoices, as you will no longer be on our Reservation list.  If you would like to be added to the Reservation list in the future, you will need to email us and request to be added back on the list. 

What if the kit I would like to reserve is sold out?

Unfortunately, our kits are not restocked.  Once an item is sold out,  it will no longer be available.  We do our best each month to create a good balance of supply and demand for our monthly kits to fulfill as many orders as possible.  We are a reservation based business which allows us to keep our inventory costs low, however we only order a minimum of extra kits to have available for our non-reservation customers.  The only way to guarantee you will receive the Premium Kit each month is to be a reservation customer.

What day of the month will sneak peeks and the full reveal of the next Premium Kit be available?

Sneak peeks for the upcoming month's kits will be available on {Not} Just for Boys' social media accounts the last week of each month.  Full reveals will be available via the {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club web site and social media accounts on the 1st of each month.

When will my kits be shipped?

New releases and reserved kits begin shipping on the 4th of each month.  Any other orders placed are typically shipped within 2 business days.

How much is shipping?

We have flat rate shipping starting at $4.95 for US and APO/AFO only.  
We offer free shipping with orders over $100.00 for US customers.
Local friends please email us for a delivery code.
International Shipping may be available in some countries, please email us for more information.   

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship to APO/AFO addresses. All other International shipping rates are higher than the cost of the kits in many circumstances. We have added some international shipping options but please be aware shipping is expensive and delayed.  Free shipping and discounted shipping offers are excluded for our international orders.   

I purchased a digital file, when will I receive my file?

You will receive any digital product download (free or purchased) immediately after your purchase. 

I purchased a digital file, how do I open it on Cricut Design Space?

  1.  Download File.
  2.  Log in to Design Space.
  3.  Click the Create New Project button.
  4.  Click the Upload Image button.
  5.  Click the Browse button and locate your svg file that you want to import.

What is your shipping policy?

We strive for customer satisfaction with any packages sent by {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club.  You will be notified with tracking information once your items have been shipped, you may contact USPS regarding any concerns.  If you are in need of further assistance please contact us by email or use our chat feature.      

What is you return policy?

{Not} Just for Boys Kit Club does not accept returns.  Please email customer service at welcome@notjustforboyskitclub.com if you receive a defective product.
