What if the kit I would like to purchase is sold out?

Unfortunately, our kits are not restocked.  Once an item is sold out,  it will no longer be available.  We do our best each month to create a good balance of supply and demand for our monthly kits to fulfill as many orders as possible. 

What day of the month will sneak peeks be available? When do you release new kits?

Sneak peeks for the upcoming month's kits will be available on {Not} Just for  Boys' social media accounts the last week of each month.  Full reveals will be available via the {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club web site and social media accounts on the 1st of each month.

When will my kits be shipped?

New releases begin shipping on the 1st of each month.  Any orders placed are typically shipped within 3 business days.

How much is shipping?

We offer a variety of shipping options for you to choose from at checkout.  We are happy to extend our discounted shipping, offered through shopify, to our customers.
Local friends please email us for a delivery code.
International Shipping is available only to Canada at this time, please be aware additional customs fees may apply independent from our shipping fees.  Please make sure to be familiar with customs fees before placing your order. 

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to ship to APO/AFO addresses. All other International shipping rates are higher than the cost of the kits in many circumstances. We have added international shipping options for Canada but please be aware shipping is expensive and delayed.  Free shipping and discounted shipping offers are excluded for our international orders.   

I purchased a digital file, when will I receive my file?

You will receive any digital product download (free or purchased) immediately after your purchase. 

I purchased a digital file, how do I open it on Cricut Design Space?

  1.  Download File.
  2.  Log in to Design Space.
  3.  Click the Create New Project button.
  4.  Click the Upload Image button.
  5.  Click the Browse button and locate your svg file that you want to import.

What is your shipping policy?

We strive for customer satisfaction with any packages sent by {Not} Just for Boys Kit Club.  You will be notified with tracking information once your items have been shipped, you may contact USPS/UPS regarding any concerns.  If you are in need of further assistance please contact us by email or use our chat feature.      

What is you return policy?

{Not} Just for Boys Kit Club does not accept returns.  All purchases are final sale but it you have received a damaged/broken item or are missing any items from your order please contact us within 30 days of purchase to arrange for a refund or replacement based on availability.  Please email customer service at welcome@notjustforboyskitclub.com if you receive a defective product.
