We have had such an amazing response to our kits since we launched our website and are excited to announce that we will start accepting reservations for our Premium Kits! Reservations are similar to subscriptions, but without the commitment. If you would like to reserve a kit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and put “Reservations” in the subject line. Please include your full name and mailing address as well as your preferred email for invoicing.
When you sign up for a reservation, we will reserve a Premium Kit just for you every month. We will send you an invoice on the 25th of every month that must be paid by 11:59pm PST on the 28th of that month. If you do not pay the invoice by the 28th, we will put that kit back into inventory, and we will stop sending you monthly invoices as you will no longer be on the reservation list.
We release new theme kits and a la carte items on the first of the month. Once you have paid your "Reserved Kit" invoice, you may add any additional products in the store to your box for no additional shipping charges. Simply shop normally and at checkout, use the code “FREESHIP”. You have until 11:59pm PST on the 3rd of the month to add items to your kit shipment.
Reserved kits and add on items ship on the 4th of the month.
Reservation space is limited, reservations will be taken on a "first come, first serve" basis. If reservations are full, you will be notified that you are on a waiting list.
